# Build Your AI Team in a Day — Workshop Kit (Internal)
*FounderVibe Advisory · Live workshop · €499 per seat · Product Ladder step 4*

---

## 1. Format & economics

- **Format:** live, full day (09:00–17:00), online or in person. Hands-on: every participant leaves with a running stack, not notes about one.
- **Seats:** 6 minimum (viability), 12 maximum (hands-on quality). Revenue window: €2,994–5,988 per run.
- **Prerequisites (enforced):** own laptop, own AI provider account created before the day, pre-work completed. No account = spectator, and we say so upfront.
- **Cadence:** monthly while demand holds; every run feeds Founders Club (step 5) and 1:1 Advisory (step 6).

## 2. The promise (all copy anchors to this)

> You arrive with scattered tools and good intentions. You leave with a working AI team: a configured strategy agent, your context files written, two live workflows, and the operating routine to keep it all alive. Built by you, on your accounts, during the day.

## 3. Curriculum — run of show

**08:45 — Doors / tech check.** Accounts verified. Anyone blocked gets fixed now, not at 10:30.

**09:00 — Block 1 · The Stack Mindset (45 min, talk + discussion)**
Tools vs. stacks. The four layers. The three failure modes. Each participant names their #1 marketing bottleneck out loud — it becomes their build target for the day.

**09:45 — Block 2 · The Knowledge Layer (75 min, hands-on)**
Everyone writes their four context files live: positioning, ICP, voice, offers. Facilitator reviews two volunteers' files on screen. *This block is the workshop's secret: it's strategy work disguised as setup.*

**11:00 — Break (15)**

**11:15 — Block 3 · Hire Your CMO (75 min, hands-on)**
Install and configure the strategy agent; load context files; first supervised task: "propose this week's top 3 marketing moves." Compare outputs across the room — same tools, different context, different results. The lesson lands itself.

**12:30 — Lunch (45)**

**13:15 — Block 4 · Workflow One: The Content Sprint (90 min, hands-on)**
Build the weekly content workflow end to end: angle selection → research → pillar draft → repurposing. Every participant ships one real, publishable piece before the block ends. Publishing it is encouraged, live.

**14:45 — Break (15)**

**15:00 — Block 5 · Workflow Two + Curation Gates (60 min, hands-on)**
Build the Competitor Pulse. Then the five curation gates, applied live: the room evaluates two real repos together — one passes, one fails at the license gate. (Pick examples beforehand; never improvise licensing on stage.)

**16:00 — Block 6 · Operations & the 30-Day Plan (45 min)**
Runbooks, the Friday Five, the never-automate list. Each participant writes their personal 30-day adoption plan and states week 1 publicly — commitment device.

**16:45 — Close (15).** What was built today, next steps, offer slide (see 6). Group photo/screenshot for social proof (with consent).

## 4. Pre-work email (send 7 days before)

Subject: **Your prep for Build Your AI Team in a Day (20 minutes, mandatory)**
1. Create your AI provider account and verify billing works (link + steps)
2. Install [runtime] following the attached one-pager
3. Bring: your positioning in one rough sentence, 3 links to content that sounds like you, your price list
4. Reply "ready" when done — participants who reply get a bonus prompt pack at the door
*(Non-repliers get a reminder at day −3 and a personal message at day −1.)*

## 5. Materials checklist (facilitator)

- [ ] Slide deck (carbon surfaces, Ascent device as section dividers)
- [ ] One-pager: runtime install guide (tested on Mac + Windows this month)
- [ ] Context file skeletons as handout (from Playbook Appendix B)
- [ ] Two pre-vetted example repos for the curation demo (one clean license, one without)
- [ ] Workflow spec sheets, printed/PDF
- [ ] Backup plan: hotspot, spare API key for demos (never for participant use), offline copies of everything
- [ ] Feedback form (3 questions max) + testimonial permission checkbox

## 6. The offer slide (16:45 — one slide, no pressure)

> Today you built the foundation. Three ways to keep momentum:
> **Founders Club** — monthly systems clinics, €199/mo, workshop alumni get the founding rate.
> **AI Marketing OS** — we install the full five-workflow version for your team; your €499 seat counts toward any package for 30 days.
> **Nothing** — you have everything you need. The runbooks are yours.

The third option is stated sincerely. It's why the first two convert.

## 7. Follow-up sequence

- **Day +1:** Recap email — what was built, all materials, their stated week-1 commitment quoted back to them.
- **Day +7:** "How did week 1 go?" — one question, personal, replies get real answers.
- **Day +14:** Case nudge — one alum's win (with permission) + Founders Club founding-rate deadline (day 30, honest and final).
- **Day +30:** Feedback synthesis to self: what to fix in the next run. The workshop is also product R&D.

## 8. Risk & quality notes

- License hygiene on stage: only demo repos you've verified; state attribution verbally and on the slide.
- No participant data through facilitator accounts — everything on their own keys.
- If live tooling breaks, fall back to the recorded demo and keep the room building on the working blocks. The day's promise is the system, not any single tool.
